She is perhaps best known for being Michael Jackson's lead guitarist for his ill-fated "This Is It" concert series, and as the lead guitarist in Alice Cooper's live band. Her debut single "According To You" peaked at #3 in Japan, #8 in Australia and #17 in the US; her second album, "Believe", received a worldwide release in late 2009.

Most of the songs on her release The Way to Bitter Lake are hushed, personal folk songs with elements of shoegazing reminescent of musicians such as Nick Drake and M. Ward.
Anonymous 4 is a female a cappella quartet, based in New York City. Their main performance genre is medieval music, although they have also premiered works by living composers such as John Tavener and Steve Reich. Anonymous 4 has performed in cities throughout North America, and have been regulars at major international festivals. They decided to make the 2003-2004 season their last as a full-time recording and touring ensemble, although special projects (such as their Gloryland CD and their "Long Time Traveling" Tour) continue to bring them together on occasion.
Maria Peszek was born in 1973 in Wrocław. She's a daughter of a well-known actor. As she has graduated from acting school, she started performing. So did her brother Błażej.
Her adventure with music began with the play Muzyka ze słowami (Music With Words) where her acting was accompanied with music composed by Polish independent artist Wojciech Waglewski. In 2005 this resulted in Miasto Mania, with music by Wojciech Waglewski and his sons Fisz and Emade (also well known for their ambient hip hop albums).
The luminously lovely indie folk-tronic duo CocoRosie consists of the Casady sisters, vocalist/guitarist/harpist Sierra and vocalist/percussionist Bianca. Both sisters had an early love of music that they pursued as they grew up, albeit in different ways: Sierra began operatic vocal training while she was in high school, while Bianca sang and wrote songs but kept them to herself. That is, until she reconnected with Sierra, who joined Bianca at her Paris apartment, and they started playing and recording songs together.
In 2005 as one half of electro-pop duo Howdi, Meme caught the attentions of Rob Da Bank (Radio One/Sunday Best) who booked the band to play shows at Glastonbury and Bestival that year. Meme then joined Freeform Five (Perspex Recordings), playing synths whilst also performing as a cellist with Phildel. She has collaborated with many more artists including Riton, and features on his latest album, Eine Kleine Nachtmusik (Modular).
