Hop Along

Hop Along (formerly known as Hop Along, Queen Ansleis), which started out as Frances Quinlan’s solo project, is now a full-blown band, proudly adding Dominic Angelella of Dragonzord and Mark Quinlan of Netherfriends to the roster —-the 2005 release of “freshman year” is the act’s most solid album to date, but they released the album “Wretches” in mid 2009 while touring around the United States. Occasional touring/recording members include Eric Slick of Dr. Dog and Joe Baldacci of Dragonzord.

Erin K & Tash

Erin K is Erin Kleh and last November she picked up the Spanish guitar her father bought her years ago (but never learned to play) and began writing some very unusual music. She recorded these songs in her bedroom with the aid of a very nice Macbook built-in microphone, a sunglass case full of change, and a cardboard box drum-kit. One day her friend Antony (the subject of her song "Sorry I'm Not Black") told her that the songs were pretty great and that she should play them live up on stage so other people could hear them.

Coming Soon

3 artists under the name Coming Soon 1/ Taking in West Coast French anti-folk band with vocal performances that variously recall the drained baritone of Leonard Cohen and Moldy Peaches as fronted by Suggs, the debut album by this French seven-piece (who’ve busked in Covent Garden) is all over the place in the very best of ways. Ages range from 15 to 26, subjects from kissing like Jack Nicholson to the brand of blues specifically associated with baking pies for your mother’s third wedding.
They signed to Kitchen Music from Paris, these young troubadours make you dance, think and smile.

With a rapidly changing entourage of degenerate musicians and a host of disturbing yet humorous songs, David Cronenberg's Wife has been a big swinging dick in London's Antifolk scene, along with such acts as AryanSuperQueer, Albert J. Springsteen and Hitler's Wet Panties.

Ghost Mice

Ghost Mice is a two-piece folk-punk band that hails from Bloomington, IN. Ghost Mice was created from the ashes of former pop-punk bands The Devil Is Electric and Operation: Cliff Clavin. Chris Johnston (aka Chris Clavin) and Hannah who played guitar and bass respectively for OP:CC and TDIE, decided to make their act acoustic so they could tour more easily and play almost anywhere. In their own words: "We play 100% acoustic. We never use amps or mics (except once at Plan-It-X Fest). We have been playing in bands together for about 7 years.
