Dufus

Dufus is an American anti-folk band, led primarily by Seth Faergolzia Also known as Quankmeyer Faergoalzia. The band is known for their revolving door membership, where they may start one tour with two members, and the next with upwards of twenty. Seth is the mainstay of the group however, and he sometimes tours as a solo artist. Mary Ocher

There used to be a time when musicians were not afraid to dare. Ocher is a proud bright link in that chain. new instruments, styles, trials. Born Mariya Ocheretianskaya in Moscow, former Soviet Union in 1986, grew up in Tel Aviv, currently resides in Berlin.
Has recorded "War songs" in early 2009 at home and re-recorded the very same album for the Berlin based label Haute Areal in 2010. it was released on March 11th 2011.

Jaymay

There are two artists that use the name Jaymay. 1) Jamie Seerman and 2) JayMay a Christian rapper. 1. Jamie Seerman is an American folk singer-songwriter from New York. She performs under the name Jaymay. She was raised on Long Island and in 2003, unable to find a job in book publishing, Jaymay began playing open mics. Her major musical influence is Bob Dylan. She has been described by the BBC as "darling of the New York 'Anti-Folk' scene", and by the New York Times as a "big name for the indie universe".

Ben Godwin

Though singer/songwriter Ben Godwin spent the early part of his career playing in hard rock bands in Glasgow, Scotland, he eventually decided that the acoustic anti-folk format was how he wanted to display himself and his craft. In 2002 he released the EP Four Songs, followed by =shinyshiny= in 2004 and Lighter Than the Atom in 2005. That same year, Godwin decided to move to New York City, where, in addition to writing songs, performing, and producing albums for others, he worked at LIFEbeat, a non-profit that promoted HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness through music.

Paul Hawkins is a London-based singer-songwriter most noted for his "endearingly out of tune" (Godisinthetv Zine) singing voice, his intense on-stage persona and the dark fantastical nature of his lyrics. Typical subject matter includes a teenage boy who throws himself into a nuclear reactor in the hope of gaining superpowers and a lonely outsider who gets his kicks from donning a medical coat and hanging around hospitals, operating on unsuspecting patients.
