The Spinto Band
In early 1996, the world was seemingly reconciling some of its evolutionary hang-ups. Gary Kasparov defeated Deep Blue in one of the most epic chess matches of all time. Scientists discovered the possible evidence of life on Mars. President Clinton appointed the first female US Secretary of State. And in one cluttered basement in Wilmington, Delaware, the Spinto Band began to materialize. Spinto, huh?
Randy
1) Randy are a punk rock band from Hortlax, Sweden, formed in 1992. They are inspired by older punk bands as The Misfits and Ramones. So far, they have released six albums. The latest album is called Randy the Band. Randy have been dropped from their previous label burning heart records - popular punk label based in Sweden, and are currently seeking a new label. ------------
Real bands are hard to find nowadays, but Randy is definitely the real deal. When members in other bands happily avoid each other after a long tour, Randy go on vacation together.
Blindside
There are at least two bands called "Blindside".
1. Band from Stockholm, Sweden.
2. 90s Straight Edge Hardcore band from Pennsylvania, USA. Members went on to form Stillwater and Atari.
3. Band from Australia (1992 - 1995) that appeared on the Summershine label. 1. Blindside is a post-hardcore/alternative rock band from Stockholm. They formed in 1994 as "underFree" and kept that name for two years before releasing their debut EP in 1996.
DJ Krust
DJ Krust (or sometimes just Krust) is part of the Bristol-based Reprazent collective, as well as releasing his own solo material. In his own right, he is probably most well-known for the mid-90s release "Warhead," which was one of a handful of tunes released in early 1997 which saw drum and bass move towards a more streamlined sound. "Warhead" has been remixed several times by both Krust and other artists. Krust is also well known for his 1996 release "Angles" on V Recordings.
