Julia

There are two (and quite possibly more) bands by the name Julia, 1) Julia was an american emo/hardcore band, active in the mid 1990's.
Their style resembled the frantic sound of eastcoast (more specifically DC) emo, complete with octave chords and dark, yet melodic, basslines, thundering and slow drumming and intensly emotional vocals. On many occasions it sounded like Mathew was about to break down. Some members were playing on Lumber. Members:

Gaskin

Gaskin's harmonized melodic vocal style set them apart from many their NWOBHM contemporaries, with their style being a bit more refined than the rough riffing associated with early 80's Brit metal. With the standout opening track "Sweet Dream Maker", the End Of The World debut ranks as the better of the two albums released before falling by the wayside alongside many other bands of the time. Many years later, founder/namesake Paul Gaskin recruited a new lineup and released Stand Or Fall in 2000, which coincided with their appearance at Wacken 2000.

It sounds like something you have heard before but its completely different from anything you have ever known !!!
april gunn are a small band from manchester england. each member has different influences and styles, which they manage to combine into a strange new sound. each song sounds different from the last but similar in some way. if you have ever seen a gig and try to descirbe who they sound like you will probably mention no less than 5 different bands. if you havnt seen them live then you need to !!!

Plan Of Attack

Plan Of Attack is Australian Oi! band formed by Barry (Skint singer) from Dublin, Ireland , Glenn is from Australia and plays Lead Guitar, Viktor is originally from Czech but lived in Australia for over 40 years .
Lee is from Australia and plays Bass, Todd is also from Australia and plays drums.
Early '05 they got a line up together and started practicing. The line up then was Barry on vocals, Glenn on Guitar, Lee on Bass and Bret on Drums. First gig was in November '05 and were well received.
