1/ Endo were a four-piece nu metal/hard rock music group from Miami, Florida. The band formed in 1995 with Lou Orenstein, Diego Ponsa, Reggie Barret, and Gil Bitton. A local production company, "Concrete Management", signed the band in the late 90's, where they opened for such bands as the Foo Fighters and Static-X. They were later signed to DV8/Columbia Records, and released two major albums in Evolve (2001) and Songs for the Restless (2003). The group also appeared at the Ozzfest Tour in 2003.

Maplerun is a modern rock band based in Athens, Greece. The group got together in 2003 in an effort to express emotions and feelings through music. A four piece band that combines music styles such as nu-metal, modern rock and alternative rock reflecting the various influences of the band members. As from now, Cancelled (CND) will rock the stage as Demia. It has been a difficult, but well thought through decision that the band had to make. Guitarist Daan says the following on this issue: "The name Cancelled started out as sort of a joke that was kind of catchy and also did result in a lot of recognition, but when we started playing abroad more and more it turned out that the obvious problems on posters, flyers and program leaflets were pretty serious".
Dodge is a Swedish Nu Metal band. It all originated back in ´98 when INHALE was formed. The music was then a mix between nu-metal and hard-core with Swedish lyrics. It didn’t take long before labels showed interest for the band, and in 1999 they where signed to a Swedish production label and the debut-album was recorded. Although many labels considered the album promising it was delayed and didn’t hit the stores until spring 2002. This resulted in a poor sale of the album and a departure of two members, in other words… INHALE split up.
