Bliss n Eso are an ARIA award winning Australian hip hop group based in Sydney, Australia and were originally known as Bliss n' Esoterikizm. They formed in 2000. From an early stage in their career, Bliss N Eso primarily built their fan base from their compelling and energetic live performances. An exhilarating blend of fluid rhymes and banging beats teamed with beat boxing, impromptu freestyling and seamless turntablism make their live shows a brand in their own right, and has seen the group hailed as one of the best live acts in the country.

Hailing from what rural Queenslanders commonly refer to as ‘The Big Smoke’, Brisbane born “Evil Eddie” looks set to become the next big winner on the cult variety show “Bundamba’s Got Talent”. Having served as front man for the three time ‘Aria’ award nominated Hip Hop/Punk outfit ‘Butterfingers’ for the last nine years, “Evil Eddie” is now a solo man for the first time under his own moniker -while the rest of the Butterfingers team tend to the communally owned truffle farm.

After four years of non-stop touring with stage partner Phatchance, Sydney’s Luke Girgis aka Coptic Soldier has travelled the country on sold out national tours supporting artists such as Bliss n Eso, The Potbelleez, The Herd, Drapht, Pez, The Funkoars, Pegz, Muph n Plutonic and Phrase as well as international heavy weights Method Man and Redman, De La Soul and Planet Asia. In 2009 he launched his street release ‘The Past Three Years Diary’ to a capacity crowd at the popular Oxford Art Factory in Sydney.
