ORBITH (www.djorbith.com) DJ Orbith has been at the top of the Czech scene since 1999. At the beginning of his career he played techno and rave, but gradually he had switched to electro. Now he is considered to be not only a leading Czech DJ , but also a representative of the electro scene to the Czech audience. For his DJ sets it is his distinctive energetic mix of techno and electro together with a spontaneous performance at the decks.

Matadors

1) Swedish Stoner rock/tango/country/punk rock act. From the ashes of legendary stonerrock act Ridge - who recieved 4K/ 5 in Kerrang for their debut album, Matadors have become a monster reactivating the rock industry! The band has existed since fall 2001, and when Andreas Bergström (vocals and Fender Telecaster Custom guitars) and Jonas Jönsson (drums, percussion, keys) accomplished with the bass player/singer Johan Anderberg from world famous Deranged and Murder Corporation, the band was completed.

Promises

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) A Canadian based band formed in 1978. The groups' self titled album 'Promises' was a flop except for it's single 'Baby It's You'. In Europe the single was a smash hit, especially Germany where it reached no.4. In Australia the song was hugely sucessful. But after the release of the second single, the group split. 2) Promises is an Australian based hardcore band. They have released one EP titled "Hopeless Sons" on June 11, 2010. "We formed in January 2010 and play meaningful, emotional hardcore.

Black Rain

For French glam/hard-rock band, see Blackrain. There are at least eight bands with the name Black Rain:

1) Black Rain, the NYC post punk / industrial group began in '89 with Stuart Argabright, Bones, Shin Shimokawa , Thom Furtado and Dave Vulcan, emerging out of the ruins of seminal post-punk outfit Ike Yard. After playing CBGB's, The Bank, Tompkins Square Park show commemorating the Riots there and the last GG Allin show at the Gas Station on LES ( Lungcast cassette ), this phase of the group went on to work in the Studio with Roy Mayorga (Thorn / StoneSour ) on drums and guitar riffage.

David Koller

David Koller is a Czech singer, drummer, guitarist, lyricist, composer and producer. In 1981 he was one of the founders of a music group Jasna paka, he also played in 5P, SPS, Zentour or Blue Effect. Between the years 1988 and 2005 he was a frontman of his own group Lucie. In 1993 he had published his first solo album. He had composed music for films Amerika and Posledni presun. A few years ago he had left the group Lucie and established a new group called Kollerband. He was also touring with another czech rock band - Chinaski.

Jiří Bělohlávek

Jiří Bĕlohlávek was born in Prague in 1946. His father, a judge, was a keen pianist, an excellent sight-reader, who introduced Jiří to a wealth of classical music. Jiří started singing in a children’s choir already at the age of four, soon took up learning piano as well, and his clearly exceptional musicianship was further developed at the Prague Conservatory and Music Academy of Arts, where he first studied cello but quickly progressed to conducting, under the expert tutelage of Alois Klíma and Josef Veselka.
