Bananarama

Bananarama are a British pop music girl group that formed in 1981. Original members are Sarah Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodward. Early successful singles were collaborations with Fun Boy Three. Guiness Book of World Records listed Bananarama as the most successful British girl group in history (they have since been eclipsed by Spice Girls). Fahey left the group in 1988 and later formed Shakespear's Sister; she now performs as a solo artist. Fahey replacement Jacquie O'Sullivan (formerly of the Shillelagh Sisters) left the trio after one album.

Bomb the Bass

Bomb The Bass (formed 1987, in London, England) is the umbrella title for the output of British musician and DJ, Tim Simenon. The band, which has evolved its style over the years, has been classed as or . Bomb the Bass was the creation of the British musician Tim Simenon. His first single "Beat Dis" from the album "Into The Dragon" was a number two hit in the and was one of the first songs to introduce the mainstream to sampling culture (along with songs by Paul Hardcastle, M/A/R/R/S and S'Express).

The Origin

The Origin hails from San Diego, California, and was formed in the mid to late 80s by Gary Jules and Michael Andrews. Their music is reminiscent of The Church, Echo & The Bunnymen, and Crowded House, to name a few. Gary Jules left the band and Michael Andrews was left as songwriter and frontman for the band when they signed with Virgin Records which released their self-titled debut album in 1990.

Mercy

1) American one-hit wonder pop group from Florida. They released an album in 1969 entitled Mercy - Love Can Make You Happy; this peaked at #38 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 200 chart[1] as a result of the success of their hit single, "Love (Can Make You Happy)". The tune spent two weeks at #2 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, and also peaked at #2 on the Adult Contemporary chart. 2) Metal band from Sweden. The death of its remaining member in 2005 ended the group, which generally passed unnoticed.

All About Eve

All About Eve is an 80's British goth rock group with a unique, folk-rock-influenced take on the style. The creative core consists of Julianne Regan (vocals) and Andy Cousin (bass guitar), with other members changing over the years. Julianne Regan, a former journalist, played bass for the popular rock group Gene Loves Jezebel for a little while. The initial core of All About Eve was Regan, guitarist Tim Bricheno, and bassist Andy Cousin from Aemotti Crii.

Regents is a DC-style hardcore band, who debuted with a self-titled EP on Lovitt Records in 2011. Members previously played in such influential bands as Maximillian Colby, Sleepytime Trio, Frodus, Men’s Recovery Project, Battery, and Combat Wounded Veteran. Not to be confused with:
