Lee Ritenour

Ritenour was born January 11, 1952 in Los Angeles, California. He played his first session when he was 16 with the Mamas and the Papas. Nicknamed "Captain Fingers", he (along with Larry Carlton) was a sought-after session guitarist by the mid-1970s. He is noted for playing his red Gibson ES-335 and his Gibson L5 guitars. One of his most notable influences is the pioneering jazz guitarist Wes Montgomery. In 1976, he released his first solo album, First Course.

Alan Barnes

Alan Barnes is a jazz saxophonist from Cheshire, England. He played with The Pasadena Roof Orchestra at the start of the 80s but became better known as part of Tommy Chase's blistering hard-bop combo from 1983 to 1986. He then became part of The Jazz Renegades, recording a number of albums with co-founder Steve White, before leaving to take up in a place in the Humphrey Lyttleton Big Band. He has also had a prolific career as a sideman in various big bands and as a session musician - most notably touring and recording with Bryan Ferry - and released a first album...

Bohren & der Club of Gore

Bohren & der Club of Gore are a band founded in 1992 in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany by Thorsten Benning (drums), Morten Gass (keys), Reiner Henseleit (guitar), and Robin Rodenberg (upright / double bass). They play a crossover of and , which they self described as an "unholy ambient mixture of ballads, Black Sabbath and down tuned Autopsy sounds". Over the years they have continously reduced and compressed their music to extremes.

Tina May

Tina May was born 30 March 1961 in Gloucester, U.K.. She started her career as a trained actress, and a founder member of the Back Door Theatre Company. She later turned to a singing career, performing in a number of musical styles, from baroque to jazz, the latter being her main style. She has performed and recorded with Thad Kelly (bass), Dylan Fowler (guitar), Clark Tracey (drums, and also her husband), Tony oe (ophones and and Brian Dee and Nikki Iles (piano).
