Oh, Sleeper

Oh, Sleeper is a band from Fort Worth, Texas signed to Solid State Records. Oh, Sleeper formed in April of 2006 after former members of short-lived rock band Terminal got together with former Between the Buried and Me guitarist Shane Blay. Eventually they found a vocalist in Micah Kinard and began practicing. As the 4 members began sledging through all the normal problems of a band start-up (no place to practice, no money and different schedules) the biggest obstacle was finding the last and final member.

2. A Canadian rock band 1) Lighthouse is also a Hardcore/Punk band from Germany formed in summer 2007.
Ever since forming in late 2007, Lighthouse have recorded 2 Demos and an unreleased EP. Now with their debut Album "Abyssus Abyssum Invocat“ to be released this summer on Anchors Aweigh Records , this five piece is ready to spread their crushing & complex, yet melodic take on the genre.

(3) A psychedelic grunge/punk group from Melbourne/Sydney Australia established 2010
(4) A dynamic three piece hailing From Manchester. (1) The Fiction began in late 2001. This New York City band features ex-members of EM-50, Six of One, Kaneda, Freebooters and Corrupt Autopilot. Their evolution from one record to the next has been tremendous as they incorporate their disparate influences into a cohesive sound.

Meatpacker

Meatpacker is solo project from Leicester intended to express the horror of the meat industry and the capitalist society which upholds it.
Through DIY label Samizdat Records Meatpacker has released a split tape with Citizen Snips and a CD of early demos entitled Demonstrations in Cruelty.
A split tape tape with Jimmy Two Eyes is near completion and new recordings are in the pipeline.
Meatpacker has recently been working with vocalist for live performances and is looking to play shows across the UK.

Converge

Converge is a 4-piece American band, formed in February of 1990 in Salem, Massachusetts, United States. Playing a blend of extreme metal and hardcore punk, this pioneer outfit helped define a lot of the rudiments of the fast-burgeoning metalcore and mathcore genres. They first started by playing covers of hardcore, punk and heavy metal songs, being self-confessed "hardcore kids with leftover Slayer riffs". The band soon graduated to playing live performances in 1991 after recording some demos on a 4-track recorder.

The Separation

There are three bands with this name. 1. The Separation formed in 2004 and are based in Bromley, UK. They play a furious marriage of post-hardcore riffage to pop-laden hooks, and have been compared to Rise Against and Billy Talent by national magazine Rocksound. The Chariot

There are five bands with a similar name: 1. "The Chariot" The Chariot is a metalcore band signed to Solid State Records. The Chariot was formed in 2003 by ex-Norma Jean front man Josh Scogin. Their debut full length album "Everything Is Alive, Everything Is Breathing, Nothing Is Dead, And Nothing Is Bleeding" was recorded entirely in one take, and was unmastered, which gave it more of a raw feel that was very similar to their live sound.
