Mozez is perhaps best known as the singer for the British down tempo group Zero 7.
His first major break came in 1996 as part of the duo Spirits, which brought hits that included ‘Don’t Bring Me Down’ and ‘Spirit Inside’.
He was recruited by Zero 7 and worked on their first two albums, ‘Simple Things’ and ‘When It Falls’. His debut solo album ‘So Still’ came out in October 2005, a soulful album that became an international success working with Madonna producer Guy Sigsworth, and collaborations with Nightmares On Wax and Henry Binns of Zero 7.

Whirr is the name of at least two artists: 1. With their steady ebb and flow of warm, effects-laden sounds, northern California’s Whirr (Formerly Whirl) give the sounds of 90s shoegaze a widescreen update for the post-millennial era. The young sextet’s walls of lush guitars, breathy vocals, dreamy synth and thunderous drumming propel listening ears into a near-cinematic realm where instantly catchy melodies and emotional, enveloping atmospheres hang perfectly in the balance.

Operatives A & B began recording for the Reigns organisation in 2002. Their first album, “We Lowered a Microphone into the Ground”, was a series of recordings made within a seemingly “bottomless” hole found upon the Somerset Downs. Their follow-up, “Styne Vallis”, was recorded in and around a submerged village that had been evacuated and strategically flooded in 1970 to make way for a new reservoir. “The House on the Causeway”, out in March 2009 on Monotreme Records, is their third long player.

Epic45 joined together as a band in 1995 in high school but only began playing live and recording tracks to tape in 1998. From there they have gone on to record tracks for almost 20 releases (including splits with Laudanum, 100 Pets and Avaray) and done remixes for people such as Portal and Glider. They now have four full albums released, the latest being "May Your Heart Be The Map", released on Make Mine Records in July 2007.
