There are at least five bands who have recorded under the name Colors.
1) Now defunct Denver, Colorado based dissonant hardcore group that formed in June of 2008. In August of 2010, they recorded nine of the songs that they had written in the two years prior, eight of which were released as 'Palindromes'. After a lineup change that October, they briefly adopted a new moniker and began working on new material before permanently disbanding in March of 2011. On 3 April 2011 they performed for the last time, with their original lineup and name intact.

The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza are named after actor Tony Danza; the humorous moniker is occasionally misinterpreted, as older concertgoers have attended shows in hopes of seeing Danza himself. The group signed with Corrosive Recording in 2005 after self-releasing their debut album. Their most recent release, Danza II: Electric Boogaloo, was issued in 2007 on Black Market Activities. The album's name is a parody of the Danzig album, Danzig II: Lucifuge, as well as the 1980s film Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo.

There have been two Australian bands named Ironhide. Ironhide is a progressive metalcore band formed in Brisbane, Australia in 2009. Their debut album is now available. Spawned in Brisbane following their formation in 2009, set to stone in Adelaide in 2010 with James Balderstone (A Secret Death), and polished off in Umea in 2011 by Pelle Henericsson (Refused, Cult of Luna), 'Create/Collapse/Repeat' is ten utterly seething tracks now available for free download from http://ironhide.bandcamp.com/ .

San Jose, California based HeavyHeavyLowLow was formed in 2004, and gained notoriety largely through word of mouth, internet hype and extensive touring. The quintet consisted of vocalist Robbie Smith, guitarists Ryan Madden and Danny Rankin, and brothers Chris and Andrew Fritter (drums and bass, respectively). Their album "Everything's Watched, Everyone's Watching", an eleven song session of metal/thrash/hardcore/grindcore recordings, was released on New Weathermen records, an imprint of Ferret, in September of 2006.
