Disambiguation: There are two artists/bands called Fink. One is an acoustic/indie act based primarily in Brighton, England, signed to Ninja Tune Records, and one was an alternative country act from Germany, that no longer records under the same name. Biographies: a) Fink, AKA Fin Greenall, is a singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ who grew up in Bristol, England. She was living in Bristol as the city transitioned from d&b to dubstep and she went to the first parties organised by Pinch. “I continue to be a part of this culture which has spread worldwide now.” She now lives in Berlin, where she works as a sound designer for Native Instruments.

The Cinematic Orchestra is a U.K.-based jazz and electronic outfit, created in the late 1990s by Jason Swinscoe, which records on the Ninja Tune independent record label. Other members include Tom Chant (saxophone), Phil France (double bass), Luke Flowers (drums), Nick Ramm (piano), Stuart McCallum (guitar); former members include Jamie Coleman (trumpet), T. Daniel Howard (drums), Alex James (piano), and Patrick "PC" Carpenter (turntables).

Quincy

There are different artists by this name: 1. Quincy was a new wave power pop band from New Jersey. They released their first album on Columbia Records in 1980 entitled "Quincy". While on their first US tour and playing at the Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles, a major lawsuit was filed by Quincy Jones demanding a name change. Columbia would not fight and urged the band to change their name. They reluctantly complied. The settlement stipulated that no mention could be made of the lawsuit in public.

Wagon Christ is Luke Francis Vibert. Also known as Plug, Butler Kiev, Ace Of Clubs, Amen Andrews, Kerrier District. He is from Cornwall, UK. After spending years working in the Our Price record store in Falmouth, his first release was in 1994 as Wagon Christ, he contributed the track 'gas fish' to the 'Volume 9' compilation.

Luke has put records out on Rephlex, Ninja Tune, Virgin/Astralwerks, Law & Auder, Rising High, Blue Planet/Blue Angel, Nothing, Cooking Vinyl, Planet Mu, Electro Bunker Cologne, Mo' Wax, and his tracks have appeared on countless compilations on tons of other labels.

Dntel

Dntel is the solo project of Jimmy Tamborello. Dntel is known for mixing glitch and cut-up electronic techniques with instruments like acoustic guitars, accordions, and symphonic instruments. Dntel is also the project that spawned The Postal Service. He started working as Dntel, pronounced Din-tell, in 1994. A collection of tracks created between 1995-1997 (Early Works For Me If It Works For You) was released on the Phthalo label in 1999, followed by the release of an EP recorded in 1994 (Something Always Goes Wrong) in 2000.
