Arbiter formed in late 2009 and in late 2010 the band had self-recorded and self-released 'Colossus', their critically acclaimed debut album. Only a year later and Arbiter has landed aboard Famined Records and will soon unleash their sophomore effort 'Ironclad/Machinations', a "split-album" that explores the concept of having two sides to one story.
