In Exile (India) are a three-piece band from New Delhi, India formed by two friends, Manyu (guitars, bass, drums (earlier), percussions) and Ajay (vocals). Their music can be easily described as a chaotic mixture of djent/progressive and tribal metal, combined with lyrical themes about meaninglessness, insanity, lifelessness and lobotomy. In March 2011., italian drummer Fabio Serra joined the band.
Blindead was founded in Gdynia, Poland in 1999 by Michal Zimorski (Zima) - bass and Mateusz Smierzchalski (Havoc) - guitar. Few months later, Marek Zielinski (Deadman) - guitar, Konrad Ciesielski - drums and Patryk Adamczyk - vocals, joined the band. It was a casual project made for pleasure rather than a professional band. Besides, in the same time, Havoc became the guitarist of Behemoth and it was his priority.
Formed in the summer of 2005, Sean Cook and Matt Rodriguez started the band as a progressive metal/alternative hard rock group. In the fall of 2005, Nikola Aljinovic was then introtuced to the band. Richard Stover was soon added as the band's bassist. With many influences, including Tool, A Perfect Circle, The Mars Volta, Dream Theater, Deftones, and others, they're sound is a unique one, suprising many with their young talent. 1. A polish progressive rock/metal band. In December 2007 Marcin Kicyk, Jakub Żytecki and Rafal Biernacki met to form a band called DISPERSE. Fascination with artrock, fusion, metal and jazz contributed to setting the project music of which would abstract from common musical patterns and advance listeners’ imagination. During the first half a year of its existence, the band makes four songs and in March Szymon Balicki, drums, joins the band.

In 2006 her record "We Don't Belong" first recorded in 1965, was featured on a Rhino Records compilation set "The Hatbox collection" "Girl Groups Lost and Found" which gained two Grammy Award nominations in January 2007. There are at least eight artists with the name Matrix: 1. Matrix is the pseudonym of London based drum and bass producer and DJ Jamie Quinn. Quinn started his musical career as one half of drum and bass duo Turbosound, who signed to DJ SS's F Project Records label, an offshoot of Formation Records. Their name was changed for them to "International Rudeboys", which while it perhaps didn't suit them as well as they would have liked, nonetheless this brought further success on Formation Records proper.

The quintet started to include keyboards and clean female vocals to their songs during the period of their release “The Arrival.
NahemaH is the result of the artistic interests of musicians placed in Alicante, a Mediterranean city on the south east of Spain. The project was born in early 1997 and it became more than a band, but a way of life for those involved. In 1999 the band selfreleased their first album "Edens In Communion". 2001 brought the release of NahemaH's second album "Chrysalis" (Iberian Moon Records). Pulling from such influences as Dark Tranquillity or Opeth, the album proved to be very successful and was received well within the media exposure that was attained.
The 90's saw the rebirth of progressive rock in the symphonic style, and bands like The Flower Kings, Spock's Beard, Porcupine Tree and Transatlantic listened to the call. Jonas Reingold, member of the world famous group The Flower Kings, wrote in the autumn of 2000 a couple of progressive masterpieces. He joined forces with Roine Stolt, Jaime Salazar, Zoltan Csörz, Johan Glössner, Göran Edman, Robert Engstrand and Tomas Bodin, all prominent members of the progressive rock family.
