Tombstones

There are at least two bands by the name Tombstones. See also: The Tombstones. 1) A / band from Oslo, Norway.
2) A band from the US. 1) Tombstones consist of three men from the darkest of woods in eastern Norway. Based in Oslo, music has been played since 2006. Their new album, Year of the Burial, redefines their formula of down-tuned heaviness. Their doom is darker, filthier, heavier and more consistent. The sinister approach of Year of the Burial sends shivers of cold down your spine, and takes you back to the evil priests of ancient times.

Finnebassen

Dirty melancholic house music is the produce of much musical soul searching for emerging Norwegian star Finnebassen. Leaving his teenage genre hopping days behind him, 2008 saw a house music epiphany, as a deep rooted interest in electronic music began, bringing Finnebassen to the sound he relays today. Although he has been producing music and playing gigs in his hometown of Oslo for a long time, 2012 has finally seen the first attacks of Finnebassen on the worldwide electronic music scene, in both performance and production.

Gehenna

There are and have been several bands named Gehenna. 1) The first is a black metal band that was formed in Stavanger, Norway in January 1993 as a nameless project by Sanrabb, Dolgar and Sir Vereda. They didn’t give the band a name until they had enough material which would represent their voice. In May of the same year, the trio entered the studio to record a demo. Sanrabb and Dolgar shared the duty of guitars, vocals, bass and synth, while Sir Vereda took his seat behind the drum set.

BigBang

The name BigBang/BIGBANG refers to two different artists: 1. Bigbang have been dubbed Norway’s Greatest Live Band, and have been a major force in the Norwegian music scene for over a decade. During the past two years, the band has spent time focusing on the American market. Based in California, they have toured the country, playing intimate gigs and promoting their American debut From Acid to Zen, a compilation of songs from previously released albums.

Artist Type:

Shinra

1. As a young primary school boy, Shinra first started his audio experiments on his trusty Amiga 600 computer, producing goodness knows what with OCTAmed 4 software. As the years went by, he spent many long hours on the decks in his living room, djing progressive house to an audience of just himself :( Fast forward to about the year 2000, when he first obtained a cd by the mighty Aphex, and his musical tastes were forever changed. Since then, Shinra has been banging out crazy tunes on his laptop like nobody's business.

Throne Of Katarsis

Black Metal from Norway (Karmøy, Rogaland) formed in 2003. "Spew forth from a dimension of pitch-black darkness in 2002 anno Sathanas, unholy Norwegian black metal cult Throne Of Katarsis, consisting of Vardalv and Infamroth, has been building up the dark energy it represents ever since, by molding this energy into cold, atmospheric, Satanic compositions of sonic primitivity and epic occultism. With the second full-length ritual being ready, the cult proves to be focusing the vibration of the energy even more, increasing the intensity of its infernal hymns to a new sublevel.
