Kvelertak shamelessly draw inspiration from every corner of something that could fit into their idea of good hard-hitting and catchy rock'n'roll. Regardless of genre, but always truthful to the basic idea of the band; good songs performed with the tongue-in-cheek attitude of their punk-rock pioneers. Unlike the majority of heavier bands they sing in their native language – adding even more character to their already unique sound.
Emit is a British ambient/black noise band consisting of four members, a guitarist/vocalist, two percussionists and another vocalist. The band formed from the remnants of a short-lived black metal band of 1998 called Ante Cryst. They continued from there, playing experimental black metal/noise (black noise) and gaining some notoriety in the underground scene (as other black noise like Nebiros and Stalaggh popped up, and labels like Todestrieb and Autumn Winds began representing them). After 10 years, Emit is moving onto a new phase.

During the Summer of 2002 at an Earth First rendezvous in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State, guitarist Nathan Weaver was inspired to create a band that merged a Cascadian eco-spiritual awareness with the misanthropic Norwegian eruptions of the 90's. The band envisioned would strive to create a mythic space where artist and listener alike could strip away the mindset of the mundane to reveal a more ancient and transcendent consciousness. The mysterious and wild energies of the untrammeled forests of the Northwest would be channeled into sonic form.
Following the split of Australian black metal band Baal Gadrial in 2003, vocalist Azgorh created Drowning the Light. Four demo tapes were recorded and given extremely limited distribution, being given out only to close friends. From 2003 to 2009 Azgorh has recorded 10+ demos, 10 full-length albums (5 of which were released in the same year: 2007) and material for a number of split albums under the Drowning the Light moniker.
Entrophy formed in late ’94, and have been spewing out their own brand of snotty pogo punk ever since. They are a four piece operation, with Roach McKrackin on Vocals & Guitar, Juston Speed on bass, Ludwig Von Retard on drums and Nate…Well, we’re not exactly sure what it is he does, but when we find out we’ll be sure to let you know... Roach and Juston share the song writing duties, and they have spread their gospel of tacky punk rock clichés, drinking & obnoxiousness while playing live shows up and down the East Coast.
