Six members with six different heavy music backgrounds. At War With Gods have established a sound that encapsulates elements of frantic thrash pace and devastating breakdowns. The dual vocal attacks range from traditional hardcore to brutal death metal. There are at least 4 artists named Locust: 1) Locust is a project of Mark Van Hoen, a British artist who has been releasing electronic music since 1993. 2) The Locust is a grindcore/experimental band formed in 1994 in San Diego, California. Please correct your tags to The Locust. 3) Locust (로커스트) was a Korean popular music band, active in the early 80's. 4) Locust is an alias of Perry O'Neil, who runs the progressive trance label Electronic Elements.

Luke Hoskins has been making this particular sort of music under the name of dRillbit since 2003.

Formed in 2003 in Newcastle, Australia, Grannyfist started as a 2 piece blast/grind/noise band, featuring Granny (Luke Hoskins) on guitar/vocals/samples and Saint Fistopher (Paul McIntyre) on drums and backing vocals, with the occasional noise and vocal contributions from Cut Off Bloody Hand (Matthew Close).
Other people did guest appearences on recordings, but the core line up was with Granny and Saint Fistopher.
