Anouar Brahem

Anouar Brahem (Arabic: أنور ابراهم) is a Tunisian (middle eastern lute) player and composer who is widely regarded as an innovator in his field. Performing for primarily a audience, he fuses music, music and jazz and has been recording since at least 1991 after becoming prominent in his own country in the late 1980s. Brahem began studying the at age 10 under the tutelage of Ali Sitri at the National Conservatory of Music in Tunis. In 1987, after six years in Paris, he spent two years as the director of the Ensemble Musical De Ia Ville De Tunis.

Palle Mikkelborg

Palle Mikkelborg (b. 1941) started playing trumpet in 1956 and became a professional musician in 1960. He consider himself an autodidact on trumpet. At first he was a member of the Danish Radio Jazz Group and the Danish Radio Big Band. As a leader of these bands in the 1970s, he developed his skill as a composer and arranger. Throughout the 1980's Mikkelborg toured Europe and Japan and made recordings with Gil Evans Big Band, George Russel Big Band, Terje Rypdal, Jan Garbarek, Gary Peacock, Dinu Saluzzi and others.

Bright Moments, formerly known as Team B, is the Brooklyn-based solo project of multi-instrumentalist Kelly Pratt, who was born in Lexington, KY, USA. His debut album Natives was released on February 21, 2012. Prior to creating Bright Moments, Pratt contributed trumpets and vocals to Beirut, many instruments to Arcade Fire's Neon Bible, and horns to LCD Soundsystem.
