Belinda O'hooley

Huddersfield, UK based singer songwriter, humorist, compere extraordinaire, former member of Rachel Unthank and the Winterset (songwriter/piano/voice), nominated for the Mercury Prize 2008. Now joining forces with Yorkshire singer songwriter Heidi Tidow to form the duo "O'Hooley & Tidow", their critically acclaimed album Silent June was release in February 2010 on the No Masters label. O'Hooley & Tidow also appear on several tracks of the Chumbawamba record ABCDEFG (2010).

Ben Gibbard

Ben Gibbard (born August 11, 1976 in Bremerton, Washington) is an American musician and songwriter who has formed several indie bands. He is most notable as the lead singer of Death Cab for Cutie; his other projects include The Postal Service and All-Time Quarterback. He has also created music under his name and under the band Pinwheel. Gibbard appeared as a guest on Jimmy Tamborello's (his Postal Service collaborator) Dntel album entitled Life is Full of Possibilities (2001) - Specifically, he contributed vocals to the song "(This Is) The Dream of Evan and Chan.

Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson is an independent singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist currently based in western Pennsylvania. In late 2004, he released his debut - The Enigmatic Standard (EP). Thompson has since released three full albums - Allusions To A God, Score, and NoVA. Each release by Thompson has showcased a different sound in the music ranging from folk rock to electronica. His live band features Stephen Peck (ex-Zao) on drums, Dave Trinh (ex-States of Melba) on saxophone, and Tony Regola on bass.

Josh Healey

Josh Healey is a British Singer-songwriter, Born in the Shetland Islands on 27th November, 1992. His family moved to Cheshire when he was a young boy, and he grew up there as well as attending school. In 2012, Josh began recording his Debut EP "Lifeboats & Relationships" at Blueprint Studio's in Manchester, with Producer Fred Kindt of 'The Slow Show'. In this same year he began receiving support and radio play from his Local BBC Introducing show in Merseyside, and further support from Tom Robinson via 'Fresh on the Net' and 'BBCR6 Music'.

Spencer McGarry Season

Spencer McGarry Season (SMS) are a three-piece rock outfit based in Cardiff, Wales. Their first single Leader Of The Chain Gang was released in 2006 and they have won numerous fans with their tight sound. Second single A Title Sparks Would Have Used was released September 2007 on Businessman Records. A download-only single, A Paler Shade Of Wit, precedes the band's full-length debut Episode 1 which is released in January 2009.

Seeker Lover Keeper

Seeker Lover Keeper is a band consisting of Australian singer-songwriters Sarah Blasko, Sally Seltmann and Holly Throsby. Their self-titled debut album was recorded in New York and debuted at #3 on the ARIA Albums Chart upon its release in June 2011.

Bruce Guthro

Bruce Guthro (born August 31, 1961) is a Canadian singer / songwriter, from Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. Guthro has a strong solo career, and in 1998 also joined scottish folk rock band Runrig, whilst still pursuing his solo career and residing in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Bruce has gained many awards, including several ECMA's (East Coast Music Awards), and was also host of Canadian TV show 'Songwriters Circle', on which guests included musical talents including the likes of Alan Doyle, from Canadian Band Great Big Sea.

Julia Harris

Julia Harris was born in Cardiff but spent the first few years of her life in Cape Town, South Africa whale watching and riding on the cable car up to Table Mountain. Life growing up in South Wales was full of adventure too, camping, singing around bonfires, mud sliding down hills in the country and putting on talent shows for the local kids in the street. At 7 Julia was given a Casio VL-1 Keyboard from Santa and started playing along to her parents record collection. Zeppelin, Floyd, Squeeze, Paul Simon and Motown classics made a big impact on her.

Papermoons

Houston duo Matt Clark and Daniel Hawkins are Papermoons and I’m sure they wouldn’t mind being referred to as beautiful, winsome, front-porch folk rock. It’s the stuff of reflective midnight drives or lazy summer afternoons collapsing under the inevitable weight of dusk. The band’s debut four-song 7” (featuring artwork by jacob calle) was released July 1st on Team Science Records. The record has since been met with critical acclaim.
