Little Britain

Matt and David's sketch show, Little Britain attempts to explore British life in Britain as it is lived by Britons today in Britain. This series takes the form of a tour around the oddball world of Little Britain, with the booming god-like voice of Tom Baker providing the narration. This is a Britain where the capital city is called Sneddy, where child labour is thankfully alive and well, where Whizzer and Chips has a political correspondent and where, unlike other countries, there are in fact TWO genders.

Skneepa

Skneepa have changed, originally the band formed with 3 members Andrew Reed, John Cruddas and David Reed, the band then took on Ste Jervis. Due to musical differences David Reed shortly left the band leaving us short of a full line-up. David's place was then to be filled by Dan Gardner, formally of 'The Smoking Guns'. The band then decided that to fulfill its full potential a singer was needed to ease the pressure on Andrew as he was singing and doing lead guitar at the same time. The band recruited Geoff Jones.

The Distractions

The band was originally formed in 1975 by college friends Mike Finney (vocals) and Steve Perrin (guitar),[1] alongside Lawrence Tickle (bass) and Tony Trap (drums).[2] The band changed tack with the advent of punk in 1977 and Finney and Perrin recruited a new line-up of Pip Nicholls (bass), Adrian Wright (guitar), and Alec Sidebottom (drums, formerly of The Purple Gang), now mixing punk rock with sixties influences.

Kid British

KID BRITISH create their own noise by mixing a bit of this with a bit of that and ending up with one big fat MANKY sandwich. A tasty shank of old school ska and dancehall, a generous twist of indie (be rude not to rudeboy!) a light splash of reggae, and garnished with a juicy slice of electro pop - voila! these lads whip up a tune as easy as Jamie Oliver making a meal out of the contents of a students fridge - you still with me?

Monkey Militia

Monkey Militia loosely formed in 1999 whilst at Exeter University. Throughout the years they lost and gained so many members. In 2006, founder member James moved back to the south east and started up a new Monkey Militia – Mk.XI. Chris, who's been in the band for five years previous, had already moved to London, so was keen to keep the Militia going. Chris and Aaron had been mates from school, so seeing as he was in the same neck of the woods also, was asked to join on drums.

Consecrated Flesh

A Lancashire based quartet, Consecrated Flesh is a project that has taken much time and planning to come to fruition. With influences that range from bands like Immortal and 1349 to Rush and Pink Floyd, this particular brand of metal will excite those with a liking for extreme speed, melancholic melodies, and intense riffing. The guitar duo Andrew Shackleton and Will Anderson’s aggressive guitar parts, bassist Rory Bettany’s smooth rhythms and Max Mcleod’s thunderous drumming create the crushing sound that is Consecrated Flesh.
