There are more than one band called Fake Death. One Fake Death consists of Dexter Bush and Robert Malinowski, two 19 year olds from North London. They use old, and often stolen equipment to make electronic pop music. There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Indie band Sophia includes The Flower Shop Recordings mainman and former The God Machine singer/guitarist Robin Proper-Sheppard. After the sudden and tragic death of schoolfriend and God Machine bassist Jimmy Fernandez, Proper-Sheppard began searching for a new musical outlet. Together with friends and fellow musicians from other Flower Shop bands Elevate, Ligament and Oil Seed Rape, Proper-Sheppard began working on the music that would become known as Sophia.

Immanu El

Immanu El is a young Swedish band with a unique sound: dynamic guitar and keyboard soundscapes, captive singing and with somewhat of a moving Nordic mood. The music is focused at varying dynamics and a wide spectrum of harmonic expressions and sounds that can move between presence and ambience. Originally the band was inspired by early post-rock and experimental bands and sounds, which combined with pop influences made Immanu El create a sound of their own based on atmospheric soundscapes that became the fundament for their debut album.

Gardens may refer to one of three groups: 1. Gardens is an artpunk/garage trio based in Detroit, MI, formed in 2007/2008. The band consists of singer Jeffrey William Thomas (also of Genders), guitarist Vincent Mazzola, and drummer Julian Spradlin. Gardens has played at SXSW and many shows around the Detroit area with bands such as Charlie Slick and Vivian Girls. Thus far they have released one 7", 'In Novelty Land', on Italy Records. The group are strong proponents of "green"-living, community, and DIY, frequently posting on their website, newdetroitstyle.com.
