Kingpin

1. Kingpin was a hardcore band out of Boston in the early 90's. They released one 7 inch on Suburban Voice Records, which was run by Boston punk legend Al Quint. They also had a song on a Suburban Voice compilation that was included with the fanzine of the same name. The band recorded 4 other songs that were never officially released but the mp3's of these songs circulate through the hardcore scene.

The Casting Out

Featuring former Boysetsfire vocalist, Nathan Gray and guitarist Josh Latshaw , The Casting Out sound nothing like the pairs former band. Dealing in an upbeat flavour of simple rock music which incorporates elements of folk, indie and dare it be said emo? to great effect. Expect the debut album to be a killer.

Catch 22

There are several bands called Catch 22, including ones in the ska (1), metal (2), jazz, American alternative, and 1980s UK punk genres. German tech-house producers Daniel Girresser & Michael Erb also use the name.
1) Catch 22 (ska): Catch 22 is a third-wave ska band based in New Jersey. The band was formed in 1995 by drummer Chris Greer and vocalist Tomas Kalnoky. They released a self-produced demo tape, Rules of the Game, in 1996. All 2000 copies of the tape quickly sold out.

The Analogs

The Analogs is a popular polish street punk band. They originaly come from Szczecin, and are well known in Poland and are being quite succesful on the international punk rock scene. They are widely recognised as the ones to begin street punk and Oi! music in Poland, despite many bands before them played this kind of music. The Analogs were the first ones to use skinhead symbolics and references in their songs. Currently The Analogs are:

coldrain

coldrain is a rock band from Nagoya, Japan formed in 2007. The band consists of five members, of which two are half American. In 2009, the song "8AM" was used as the ending for the anime series Hajime no Ippo: The Fighting! New Challenger. In 2010, the song "We're not alone" was used as the opening theme for the anime series RAINBOW: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin. Members
