The Knux

Composed of brothers Krispy Kream and Rah Al Millio, the Knux are an alternative rap duo who are musicians as well as singer/rappers. Born in New Orleans yet displaced by Hurricane Katrina, the musically schooled brothers began creating a stir nationally in late 2007 when they were the opening act for Common on his Finding Forever tour. Dressed in throwback Adidas zip-ups, fat gold chains, and altogether atypical contemporary rap attire, the Knux performed with a live band (the Symetrics) and DJ (DJ Cobra) and frequently left crowds puzzled and occasionally booing.

Robin S. (born Robin Stone on April 27, 1962) is a singer-songwriter from Queens, New York, United States who scored success in the 1990s with such hit singles as "Show Me Love" (which was her debut single and a #1 Club hit) and "Luv 4 Luv." A house diva whose productions use live instrumentation just as much as electronics, Robin S. debuted with the Top Ten hit "Show Me Love." The Queens, NY native was signed by Big Beat Records in 1993, and debuted with the hot single, which climbed the charts during 1994, and spurred her first album, also titled Show Me Love.

Upon A Burning Body

Upon A Burning Body was started by accident "A Side project gone wrong." These San Antonio, Texas natives mix brutal breakdowns with catchy two steps and heavy blast beats. After changing many members over time, they finally found a concrete line up. They have managed to dominate the Texas metal scene, and earned themselves a signing to the Sumerian Records family. They are known for their intensely brutal and fast sections combined with breakdowns and gang chants to match and top the best in the game. They have also become known for powerful and violent live shows.

Owl Eyes

one: Owl Eyes is Brooke Addamo, a 19 year old Melbourne singer/songwriter who threads elaborate fantasies of escapism in fictional worlds into breezy, intelligent indie-pop songs. Although she was eliminated from Australian Idol, where she was a contestant during season 6, she is now paving her own way up the charts. On her EP Faces, she teamed up with producer Jan Skubiszewski (The Cat Empire, Phrase, Kram , and has been described as a "honey-voiced Melbournite who has a habit of conjuring up wistful, dreamy pop tunes."

1) Formed in 1999 when Jess "stole" Claire from former band Little Green Pants The first 3 songs ever written by SugarComa are 'Bed of Dolls', 'Boy in Chains' (now known as Zero Star) and 'Heartworm'. These went on to be Coma classics. After a couple of other songs were written, the band recorded an amateur-sounding demo tape in the St Edwards school studio. The bands first proper gig took place at The Walthamstow Standard, supporting a Metallica tribute act.

Andrew W.K. was born Andrew Wilkes-Krier in Stanford, California in 1979, before moving to Michigan at age 4. He began piano lessons promptly at age 5, studying at The University Of Michigan School Of Music Pedagogy program. By his early teens Andrew had already exhibited great enthusiasm and talent for both music and the visual arts. He spent his high school years playing drums and keyboard in an almost endless variety of short-lived, but passionate groups, all centered in southeast Michigan's explosive cultural scene.
