Sunny Day Real Estate

Sunny Day Real Estate is an American emo band formed in Seattle, Washington in 1992. The band helped bring the emo subgenre from an underground musical phenomenon to a wider audience. The band's lineup was Jeremy Enigk (vocals, guitars), Dan Hoerner (guitar), Nate Mendel (bass) and William Goldsmith (drums). The core of Sunny Day Real Estate formed in 1992, originally under the name Empty Set. Empty Set consisted of Dan Hoerner (guitar, vocals), Nate Mendel (bass), and William Goldsmith (drums).

This Providence

This Providence (previously known as Sunday Best), is a four piece band from Seattle, Washington US. The members of This Providence came together in the summer of 2001 and soon after recorded a 4 song demo CD, under the short lived name of "T minus 1." In 2003 they recorded the better known The Sunday Best EP, co-produced, and self-released (now out of print). While still in high school, they gathered a strong local following as well as some label attention. After graduating, the band released their debut full-length record, Our Worlds Divorce, produced by Casey Bates.

Spider

There are at least seven artists which have used the name Spider: an indie folk singer from New York, United States, a metal band from England, a punk band from Hungary, a lo-fi band from Washington, United States, a ska/rock band from Malaysia, a power pop band from Wallasey, England, a rapper from Mexico. 1. Spider is an alias for Brooklyn musician Jane Herships. Most of the songs on her release The Way to Bitter Lake are hushed, personal songs with elements of shoegazing reminescent of musicians such as Nick Drake and M. Ward.

Baton Rouge

There are two groups that go by Baton Rouge: 1. Baton Rouge is 4/5ths of Daïtro. New LP released in 2011 called Fragments d'eux mêmes, out now on Purepainsuger and Bakery Outlet.
2. Baton Rouge was a melodic hard rock band with heavy blues overtones not that far removed from early Whitesnake and Tangier.
The band originally formed in Louisiana as Voices and consisted of Kelly Keeling (guitar and keyboards), Lance Bulen (vocals), Keith Harrison (bass) and Harold Knappenburger (drums).

Still buried deep in the underground, from the hometown of Winchester UK, this angular rock 5-piece are fast-recieving critical praise for their latest full-length effort from a collective of fanzines. Sporadic touring for over 5 years in the UK, and a small stint in Germany has gained Second Monday a respected live show and ever-growing fanbase.

Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, an alternative rock/post-hardcore band with touches of screamo, pop-punk, and metal, was originally formed in 2003 in Middleburg, Florida. For about 18 months the band members wrote and rehearsed with no real intentions of performing or recording anything, but they were later urged by some friends to pursue their music seriously. Eventually this encouragement led the band to book themselves some local shows, and were quickly embraced by their hometown local music scene.
