Drawing inspiration from a variety of metal and progressive artists, the band released "Hunted", their first EP, in August 2011, and are currently writing and recording new material for future releases, as well as performing live to an ever growing fanbase. Megalodon (named after a song from Mastodon's "Leviathan") was spawned by the creative minds of Ruan Jordaan and Nuri Grobbelaar. After discussing the project for a few years it has finally been given life.

Soilwork

Soilwork is a swedish melodic death metal band formed in late 1995, originally under the name Inferior Breed in Helsingborg, Sweden. In 1996, they changed their name to Soilwork to better fit their new sound. Their unique sound is a fusion of the classic gothenburg metal sound with power-groove riffs of late 1970s, early 1980s British, and European metal, but in their most recent albums they have also introduced elements from American alternative metal and adopted a more melodic attitude.

"Chapters" is the bands debut full length album, tracked in Melbourne with The Red Shore mastermind Roman Koester in July 2011 at Complex Studios (Deez Nuts, 50 Lions) while enlisting the services of Swedish recording engineer Fredrik Nordström (Bring Me the Horizon, Dimmu Borgir) to take the helm for mixing and mastering duties. Taking care of the artwork for the release was hungarian based artist Grindesign (Suffokate, As I Lay Dying, Soilwork). Making a guest appearance on the record is Misery Signals frontman Karl Schubach.

Still Remains

Still Remains was a metalcore band from Grand Rapids, Michigan , signed to Roadrunner Records, who formed out of previous Grand rapids based hardcore band Shades Of Amber, releasing their first EP in October 2003. Still Remains notably joined Welsh metal band Bullet For My Valentine, along with Hawthorne Heights and Aiden on the Kerrang XXV Tour as well as touring with Trivium, 3 Inches of Blood, and The Agony Scene in the UK for the 2005 Roadrage tour which saw the tour end at The Download Festival in Donnington.
