The Be Good Tanyas

The Be Good Tanyas are an trio with and influences, hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia. They play a combination of original and traditional material, and are notable for their lush vocal harmonies. The group features Frazey Ford (guitar, vocals), Samantha Parton (guitar, mandolin, banjo, vocals) and Trish Klein (electric guitar, banjo, harmony vocals). Jolie Holland is a former member and also a frequent guest.

Mode Moderne

Mode Moderne is a band from Vancouver, BC Canada The three core members of Mode Moderne (Felix, Clint and Phillip) spent Winter 2008 in a small recording studio, drinking tea, getting stoned and listening to New Order, Jesus and Mary Chain, and OMD records... That winter the band recorded 9 songs which would become the GHOSTS EMERGING EP. The band released a small run of 100 CDs which sold quickly through word of mouth, then finally officially released the same album on vinyl in the fall of 2009...

Odds

The band named "Odds" was formed in Vancouver in 1987 by Craig Northey (vocals, guitar), Steven Drake (guitar, vocals), Doug Elliott (bass) and Paul Brennan (drums). The band moved to Los Angeles and later signed to Zoo Records. Neopolitan appeared in 1991; it was followed by Bedbugs, which featured the college hit "Heterosexual Man." In 1996 the band released Good Weird Feeling. Nest followed in 1998 and had a modest radio hit with "Someone Who Is Cool.
