There are at least 2 artists with this name: 1. The Armada is a band formed by Jeff Martin. Jeff Martin was the lead vocalist and frontman of the Canadian rock band The Tea Party. After the band broke up in 2005 he launched a solo career, and released his first solo album titled Exile and the Kingdom in April 2006. He has since released three live albums, “Live in Brisbane”, “Live in Dublin”, and “Live at the Corner Hotel”, as well as one live DVD titled “Live at the Enmore Theatre”.

There are several bands having gone by the name "Badlands", the most famous being the late '80s hard rock band formed by former Black Sabbath vocalist Ray Gillen. Badlands was a short-lived rock band founded by Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Jake E. Lee and Black Sabbath members Ray Gillen and Eric Singer. Badlands also featured bassist Greg Chaisson. After the first Badlands album, Eric Singer was replaced by Jeff Martin. Eric Singer later played drums on the Greg Chaisson solo album It’s About Time.

The Tea Party is a Canadian rock band from Windsor, Ontario, with blues, progressive rock and Middle Eastern influences who formed in 1990 and disbanded in October 2005. They reformed in 2011 to play some shows in Canada. They have released seven albums commercially during their time together. Guitarist and vocalist Jeff Martin, who has perfect pitch, was also producer for almost all of their albums.
