Though they have changed their style over the years, Cable was originally part of the first wave of bands playing in the so-called noisecore style (as it later became known), combining a hardcore/emo aesthetic with a rhythmically complex, often discordant metal-influenced musical approach.

Sourvein were originally from Wilmington, North Carolina (aka Cape Fear). Back then they were more of a (self described) "MDC meets My War-era Black Flag meets the Melvins". In 1994 Sourvien did the "30 Days of Roadkill" USA tour with Anal Cunt, Eyehategod, the Candy Snatchers and Buzzoven. This spawned a split 7 inch with Buzzoven. In 1996, singer T-Roy joined Buzzoven on samples and back-up vocals, which he did till they split up in 1998.
The Throne is a stoner metal band that was established in March 2008 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada as a completely D.I.Y. project in the very core of Hochelaga. After only 3 weeks of legendary drunkenness and sacred bong worship, Dopethrone already composed 4 songs and was talking about an album concept... A year later, the new album: "DEMONSMOKE" was materialized. In the spirit of "Do-It-Yourself", The Logo and concept was created by Vincent (guitar - vocals), the recording by Thomas (drummer) and the CD was produced by Vyk (bassist).
