The Gay Blades

“If Freddie Mercury sang for Death From Above 1979, these guys would open the show!” The Gay Blades are a two piece from somewhere in or near New York City and play an acerbic brand of Trash Pop, and make up for their missing bass player with consistent TNT like performances and a heaping spoonful of swagger. The Gay Blades invented it.

Chaingang

Chaingang is a group of three dudes and one dudette from Sydney, Australia. We've been making music together for two years and are currently finishing off some new tunes for our debut release coming out later this year. So far, we've played with some amazing bands, met a lot of fabulous people, recorded and played shows in the US, survived a real car crash as well as many metaphorical ones on our rocky road to international super-stardom. The only band all four of us love is Faith No More, but we can only dream of making music that majestic.

Cornelia

Cornelia: 'Oxygen is my friend.
Without her, you could say I just wouldn't be.
My song... our song, that you hear - it’s a relationship. Our conversation.
The air and my chest meeting at some half way point in my throat. So, this is what I do. I write songs, and in turn they rewrite me.
I sing them.
I sometimes play them... or just play with them. The song needs to be played with; it has its own character and feel. Like plants, rabbits... they all need that arching fresh air to function. Sound sweet sound, whether I'm up or down.
