From an elementary foundation of punk and oi, Runnin' Riot have developed a really solid stock of melodic punk gems, skinhead anthems and street rock attitude. Having now seemingly played everywhere from Michigan to Llandudno, they’ve honed their live presentation even further and serve as a guiding light for the Irish punk underworld. The band started off as 'Slainte' cutting their teeth on the Irish scene in London, England. They played the circuit for a few years with various friends and line ups until they finally settled on the one we see today. The band proved to be a popular one on the London Irish scene and were voted by the readers of The Irish World newspaper for the award of 'Best Band on London Circuit 2006'. The lads picked up the award in at a big ceremony in Feb and after their performance on the night were described as "a breath of fresh air for Irish music.

Swingin' Utters

Swingin' Utters is an American punk rock band that formed in the late 1980s. Having begun in Santa Cruz, California, the band moved to San Francisco where they are now based. They have been signed to Fat Wreck Chords since 1996. As well as being classed as a "punk revival" band (reminiscent of British 1970s bands such as Stiff Little Fingers, The Damned, Sham 69 and Eddie & The Hot Rods), Swingin' Utters have increasingly shown themselves to be influenced by Irish folk, particularly The Pogues.

Mutiny

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Mutiny is a band formed by Jerome "Bigfoot" Brailey after he left Funkadelic when George Clinton's mothership splintered at the end of the 1970s.Jerome Brailey and Glen Goins were working on the concept of Mutiny when Glen's untimely death occured in 1978. Jerome Brailey continue on with the vision and formed the group Mutiny, which performed in a style which is similar to the classic P-Funk style with a lot of emphasis place on the dual lead guitar work.
