Light Parades are a four piece outfit, primarily based in Kingston Upon Thames, West London, UK. Made up of Daniel Hopkinson, Stephen Hopkinson, Jakub Tucholski and Oliver Pearce. Formed in mid-2011, the ambitious quartet headed into Rockfield Studio in Wales only four weeks after forming, to start recording their debut album, due for release later this year. Their debut ep 'Sparkle' was released on 15th February 2012.

From the muddy banks of the River Medway, Dogtown was formed in 2010 creating a sound that is like being violated by a length of splintered 2 by 2 with nails in it; but in a good way. Since that time they have steadily created a fan base in which they want to breakdown the barrier between audience and band with members often jumping down from the stage whilst performing into the crowd at gigs, and encouraging audience members on to the stage.
With more than a passing visual resemblance to San Francisco rock outfit BRMC, Black Poets brings with them the appeal of boys in leather jackets, English accents, playing soaring post-punk rock with guitars. Cutting their teeth on the UK live circuit over 2007-2008 has left Black Poets with an enviable reputation for their live act and repertoire. Black Poets are a modest bunch of likely lads from London, England. In this purely for the music, they are completely in love with their sound and are often mistaken for being a New York band.
South Yorkshire band Kaydin are a 4 piece Rock band which refuse to be pigeon holed in today’s “X-factor” culture. Drawing on 10 years writing, recording and performing music, Kaydin create hard rock anthems that refuse to leave your head. It is precisely this period of growth and experience that gives this the band its unique sound. Drawing on such diverse influences as Tool and Smashing Pumpkins through to Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.
St Petersburg-based band Red Rum creates an inventive kind of music that would be easiest categorized as experimental rock. This vague description in Red Rum’s case includes bits of alternative rock, psychedelic breaks, the more adventurous side of indie, electronics and some quirky/surreal elements that seem to come from no outside influence. Formed in 2004, the band consists of 3 members: Ndk (vocals/guitar/electronics), Eugene Byrd (bass) and Gorsky (drums). Their studio recordings including 4 EPs and one album feature Red Rum’s 2004-2010 live lineup.
The Darien Venture are four young men from various parts of Scotland. They play math-pop with beach boys-esque harmonies over the top. This Is Radio Silence is the solo project of Ben McLees, formerly frontman of London-based electro-rock group Earth Loop Recall.
