They were formerly known as Astaroth and currently have a side-project called Black Rain. They released 2 demos (Minster Of Madness; The Black Zone), 4 full length albums (Shadows Of The Damned (1998); Fall Of Devotion, Wrath and Blasphemy(1999); Godless(2003);Feast of Anger - Joy of Despair(2009)), one compilation (Minster Of Madness/The Black Zone(2009), and one live album (Live at Open Hell Fest 2003).

Anvil

Anvil is a Canadian Heavy Metal band. The roots of Anvil began in April 1973 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada when Steve Kudlow and Robb Reiner began playing music together. It wasn't until 1978 that the first lineup that was to become Anvil was formed: Steve "Lips" Kudlow (lead vocals, lead guitar), Robb Reiner (drums), Dave Allison (vocals, rhythm guitar) and Ian Dickson (bass). Together they were known as LIPS.

Symphony X

There are two bands with this title, a well-known metal band from the East Coast of the US and an obscure (and now defunct) rock band from the Midwestern US. 1. Symphony X is an American progressive/power metal band from New Jersey founded in 1994 by guitarist Michael Romeo. Their 1997 album The Divine Wings Of Tragedy and their 2000 release V: The New Mythology Suite have gained the band considerable attention within the progressive metal community.

Nightrage

Nightrage is a Greek/Swedish melodic death metal band formed by guitarist Marios Iliopoulos and his close friend Gus G. who later re-located to Gothenburg, Sweden.
Tomas Lindsberg of "At The Gates" was the Vocalist of the "Nightrage" from 2003-2005.
He recorded on Nightrage’s first two full length records Sweet Vengence in 2003 and Descent Into Chaos in 2005. Tomas will also be providing guest vocals on Nightrage’s upcoming album.

Emperor is an influential Norwegian band that represents a synth laden, progressive yet brutally aggressive and chaotic part of the genre, something quite different from the minimalism of other originators of the Norwegian sound (e.g. Darkthrone). The band was formed around the core members Samoth (Tomas Thormodsæter Haugen) and Ihsahn (Vegard Sverre Tveitan) of the band Thou Shalt Suffer and bass player Mortiis (Håvard Ellefsen) in Notodden, Norway, 1992.

Graham Bonnet

Graham Bonnet (born 23 December 1947, in Skegness, Lincolnshire, England) is one of the most legendary vocalists on the scene, with collaborations with artists as Alcatrazz, Rainbow, Michael Schenker Group and Impellitteri. He had his first hit single with the duo, The Marbles in 1968, with the single "Only One Woman". Graham recently collaborated with the Taz Taylor Band, creating an album called 'Welcome to America' and has just toured the UK.

As for comparisons, they sit comfortably with the likes of Dream Theater, Symphony X and Vanden Plas. They went through a series of personnel changes and at last count, the band consisted of vocalist Titta Tani, guitarist Diego Reali, bassist Andrea Arcangeli, drummer Fabio Costantino and keyboard player Fabio Sanges. They have released six studio albums since 1994, including a mini cd.
