Richard X

Richard X started out as a pioneer of the bootleg craze, releasing limited edition singles under the artist name of Girls On Top between 2001 and 2002. He signed to Virgin Records as a result of the interest in the early Girls On Top singles and released his debut album Richard X Presents His X-Factor Vol. 1 in 2003. He has now become a successful record producer, producing hit singles for artists including Sugababes, Kelis, Liberty X and Rachel Stevens and remixing for artists including Trent Reznor's Nine Inch Nails, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Gwen Stefani, and Depeche Mode.

Persil

Persil formed in 1997. The band made its BBC Radio 1 debut in 1998, when John Peel played a track from the band's very first demo in his show. Over the years John Peel played dozens of Persil tracks in his BBC shows, including eight tracks from Persil's first album Duotone. Persil recorded three Peel sessions. Persil's debut album Duotone was released on Transformed Dreams in 2004. Assemblage 23

Assemblage 23 is a one-man electronic act, whose sole member is musician Tom Shear, based in Seattle, Washington, USA. Prior to starting Assemblage 23, Shear experimented with music under the name "Man on a Stage", beginning in the early 1980s. Most of Shear's music at this point was instrumental, as he lacked the confidence to sing; the quality of the music itself was highly questionable by his own admission. Shear eventually began to add vocals to his music; at the same time, Shear was also playing bass in a punk band called the "Advocates".

John Foxx & The Maths

John Foxx and The Maths is the name given to the work written and produced by John Foxx and Benge. John Foxx (born in Chorley, Lancashire)[2] is the stage name of English musician Dennis Leigh. He was the original lead singer of the band Ultravox!, before embarking on a solo career in 1979. Primarily associated with electronic synthesiser music, he has also pursued a parallel career in graphic design and education.
