The Loyal Few

The Loyal Few have been making music for half of their lifetimes. Half of everything they have ever known has been pouring their blood, sweat and tears into callused fingers, bruised bodies, sleeping on floors, touring the country and endless rehearsals. There’s none more suited to their name. Henry Rollins said that “One defines oneself by reinvention. To not be like your parents. To not be like your friends. To be yourself. To cut yourself out of stone.

Liberty X

Liberty X were formed in 2001, after they were not chosen for the official 'Popstars' group, who later became Hear'Say. Michelle, Kevin, Tony, Kelly and Jessica were part of a brand new group called Liberty. Their first single 'Thinking It Over' cracked the UK Top 5, surprising fans and sceptics alike, who thought that Liberty was even going to struggle to obtain a Top 40 placing in the UK singles chart. A second single was quickly planned, which materialized into 'Doin' It'. 'Doin' It' did not chart as well as their debut, making a modest impact at #14.

The Maybeez

The Maybeez are a band originating from Derby, UK, where they remain. They comprise a singing bass player, a guitarist, and a drummer. The Maybeez' music is characterised by powerful, but clear vocal delivery, distorted guitar, slightly syncopated basslines, and highly dynamic drumming. The lyrical content of their songs ranges widely, evoking surreal imagery in some songs, and real experiences and commentary in other songs. They recently released their second EP entitled 'Jebus de Preguntas'.

Wolf & Cub

Wolf & Cub are an alternative rock band from Adelaide, Australia that formed in 2002. Three of the original members hail from Port Augusta, South Australia. Their music is predominantly psychedelic with elements of funk. The four-piece are signed to legendary record label 4AD. An interesting aspect of the band's music and aesthetic is their use of two drummers. This allows the percussive elements of their music to feature more prominently alongside the guitar.
