There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Helix is a heavy metal band that formed in 1974 for a Battle of the Bands contest in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and is best known for their 1984 single "Rock You". The original lineup consisted of singer Brian Vollmer, guitarists Brent Doerner and Paul Hackman, bassist Keith Zurbrigg and drummer Brian Doerner. In 1992, Hackman died when the group's van rolled down a 40-foot enbankment after a concert in Vancouver.

1) Blue Murder was the hard rock brainchild of ex-Whitesnake and Thin Lizzy guitarist John Sykes. The original 1988 lineup of the band, also included ex-The Firm bass player Tony Franklin and drummer Cozy Powell (although he was almost immediately replaced by Carmine Appice). Ray Gillen was also briefly in the 1988 line-up before Sykes decided to take the vocal duties himself in addition to guitar.

Zodiac Mindwarp and The Love Reaction

Zodiac Mindwarp and the Love Reaction are a British hard rock group. The band is the brainchild of Mark Manning, a graphic artist and editor of London’s Flexipop magazine. Deciding to experience the debauchery of life as a decadent rock star, he assumed the alter ego Zodiac Mindwarp, and formed The Love Reaction in the early 1980s together with guitarist Cobalt Stargazer. Other band members, who came and went over the years, include Kid Chaos, Slam Thunderhide, Evil bastard, Trash D Garbage, Flash Bastard, Suzy X, Tex Diablo and Robbie Vom.
