In the autumn of 2003 Bearos Records released Ben’s debut LP The Leafy Underground, (Recorded by DJ Drive D, Bentley Rhythm Ace), an album documenting a journey through the year. It's rustic, dark, personal and pastoral, and possibly best played when you are the only one in the room. In the last couple of years Ben has played over 60 gigs all around the country, playing his individual Lo-Fi Post-Folk musings at venues such as City Folk at The Heavenly Social, (supporting Radio 2 Award Winner Kris Drever), Anti-Folk night 'blang!' at 12 Bar, and Bohemian Jukebox in Birmingham.

Simon Finn is an English psych folk musician. Finn was born in 1951 in Surrey, moved to London in 1967, where his first performance was opening for Al Stewart at the Marquee Club in Soho. He released his Pass the Distance LP in 1970, which in later years attained legendary status as it was so hard to obtain. The album featured contributions from Rob Buckin, Paul Burwell, Ken Elliot, and David Toop.

Paperplain is the alias of analogue-loving Helen Page. The delicately sweet and dreamy lo-fi folk single '11:30' was released as part of the Too Pure Singles Club and a video containing the track clocked up over a million views on Youtube. Besh o DroM was formed in 1999 in Budapest, Hungary. This Hungarian band combines Hungarian folk elements with Balkan music into waves which are meant to collapse all our senses. The band does not confine itself to the Balkan category, but draws its musical inspiration from Jewish, Afghan, Egyptian, Lebanese, Armenian, Bulgarian, Romanian and Greek tunes, presenting folk and electronic instrumentals simultaneously.
