Rascal Flatts is an American country rock/pop country band founded in Columbus, Ohio. Since its inception, Rascal Flatts has been composed of three members: Gary Levox (lead vocals), Jay Demarcus (bass guitar, keyboards, vocals), and Joe Don Rooney (lead guitar, vocals).
