Detroit Grand Pubahs
The Detroit Grand Pubahs are Dr. Toefinger (Andy Toth) and Paris the Black Fu (Mack Goudy, Jr.). Both are from detroit, Michigan, United States. Both of the Pubahs started in music at an early age, with Andy starting to play drums in various local bands at 16. Vocalist Mack began Djing at a similar age having been influenced by Jeff Mills’ legendary radio mix shows.
Cajmere
For an international audience reawakening to the influence of Chicago house during the 1990s, Curtis A. Jones acted as quite a renaissance leader. Besides donning his straightahead house guise Cajmere and a flamboyant, neon-haired acid-house alter-ego named Green Velvet for several of the most memorable underground house tracks of the decade (including "Preacher Man," "Answering Machine" "Brighter Days" and "Flash"), Jones helmed the two most respected labels in the new school of Chicago house, Cajual and Relief.

J-WOW
João Barbosa aka J-Wow is one of the driving forces and the main producer of the Portugese outfit Buraka Som Sistema. He deals in Kudoro; a strange but ass-shaking mix of early house, calypso rythms and excellent gritty voices. Could be described as the missing link between baile funk, breakbeat and Baltimore-style bass.
dj rashad
DJ Rashad’s music addiction manifested at age three when he was applauded and in demand for his aping Michael Jackson’s Thriller. His command performance was reveled at family activities, gatherings and barbeques. His parents impressed by his natural rhythm and timing, enrolled him in music lessons where he mastered the guitar, the drums and the key board. DJ Rashad’s talent was soon noted by band instructors where he was “sanctioned” as the solo drummer. His distinctive percussion and acoustic skills earned him the role as the “closer” for school concerts.
DJ Funk
What words can describe the one and only DJ Funk? Pioneer? Party Rocker? Ghetto House Icon?
