Adelaide's Cape

Adelaide's Cape is the nu-folk music of Sam Taylor. Sam works with a collective of talented musicians in both performance and recording, most prominently with percussionist Hannah Richardson, who has been involved in Adelaide's Cape since its beginning. After relocating to the Southwest in September, Adelaide's Cape is continuously immersed in the musical hubs of Bristol, Norwich and London.

Dave Abrams

Dave is a young Singer/Songwriter from the Milton Keynes area. He has been writing his own music since 2009 and has been playing the guitar for long before that. Dave's influences include a variety of artists from different genres, but his inspiration comes from the folky side of things. Dave's music is primarily acoustic but he has been branching out to include other timbres to live out his musical vision.

Opaque Nature Leamington Spa (UK) based band with influences including Bon Iver, Stars, Mumford & Sons, Grizzly Bear, Fleet Foxes, Efterklang, Beach House (definitely check all these out). Nick Parker

Nick Parker was 13 when he first picked up a guitar and tried to string together a few chords. By 14 he had put down the guitar and picked up the mandolin. Not least of all because he wanted to be in his brother, Ant’s band and they needed a mandolin player. The first few gigs came and went, under the name ‘The Mandolin Brothers’ (genius) before they changed their name to ‘Why?’ (equally genius) and they spent the next 10 years bouncing around on stages at hundreds of venues around the UK and Europe...

Avalanche City

The story of Avalanche City begins in a house, alone, for hours and hours each day for months, slowly learning how to sing by process of scales, recording, and self critique.
Six months after taking the first steps towards singing, Dave Baxter played his first solo show as Avalanche City. Six months after the first show, one year after beginning the process of teaching himself how to sing, the first tracks were laid for Avalanche City's debut album Our New Life Above The Ground.

The April Maze

April Maze are an Alternative Folk duo. Sivan (aka April) plays cello and sings (at the same time) - her voice is soulful and bluesy. Todd accompanies her on guitars, banjo, vocals and stomp box. Their music is primarily cello, and stomp box driven, coloured with strong vocal harmonies, and occasional samples and loops. Musical influences include Fleetwood Mac, John Butler Trio, Pearl Jam, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, Tracey Chapman, Carole King, Cat Stevens, and "all music that comes from the heart".
