Betty Davis (born Betty Mabry, 1945 in New York City, USA) is an American funk, rock and soul singer and ex-model. When she turned sixteen, Betty moved to New York and met several musicians including Jimi Hendrix and Sly Stone. She met Miles Davis in 1967 and married him in 1968. As Miles stated in his autobiography, in addition to creating turmoil in his personal life, Betty helped him to explore music by introducing him to psychedelic rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix and funk innovator Sly Stone.
There are two bands with the name Isosceles. It is also the name of a British musical theatre company. One is a new band from Glasgow, Scotland, who play quirky pop tunes and are regularly playing throughout Scotland. The second is a trio of rappers from Canada. Cut Chemist is the performing name of Lucas MacFadden, a solo turntablist. He is a former member of the funk Latin band Ozomatli, and of the underground rap group Jurassic 5. He became known through the Los Angeles-based rap group Unity Committee, and debuted on vinyl on the B-Side of Unity Committee's 1993 single, Unified Rebelution. The track, "Lesson 4: The Radio" was an ovation of Double Dee and Steinski's seminal hip-hop masterpieces, "Lessons 1-3."

(born Robin Stone on April 27, 1962) is a singer-songwriter from Queens, New York, United States who scored success in the 1990s with such hit singles as "Show Me Love" (which was her debut single and a #1 Club hit) and "Luv 4 Luv." A house diva whose productions use live instrumentation just as much as electronics, Robin S. debuted with the Top Ten hit "Show Me Love." The Queens, NY native was signed by Big Beat Records in 1993, and debuted with the hot single, which climbed the charts during 1994, and spurred her first album, also titled Show Me Love.
There are apparently three entries for Johnny Cage. According to the similar artists, the more popular one would appear to be the Valencia, CA hardcore act Johnny Cage. However, Johnny Cage is also the name of a remix DJ, whom can be read about below. There is also a third Johnny Cage. It's a band from the Netherlands lead by Johan Kooi (drummer of Bonne Aparte). With members of Bonne Aparte, In Limbo and Pluto. They make dreamy indie-rock. John C. Lewis III, a/k/a DJ 'Johnny CaGe' writes and remixes Electronic Breaks Music, as well as an occasional experimental Hip-Hop song or two.

Fluke are an electronic band formed in 1988 at Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, UK, by Mike Bryant, Jon Fugler and Mike Tournier. The group are noted for their diverse range of electronic styles spanning the house, techno, ambient and blues genres. Fluke started out making dreamy pop before the explosion of acid house influenced them. It was the growing electronica sound that influenced their early singles (Thumper, Joni, Slid) and their techno-rock debut album The Techno Rose of Blighty (1991). In the same year they released a live album entitled Out (In Essence).
