A three-piece punk band, based on the Hibiscus Coast of New Zealand, with heavy influences such as Rancid, The Unseen, Dropkick Murphys and The Casualties Formed by brothers Rupe and Chazz in the tedious summer of 2000 (aged 15 and 14) the 'aptly named' The Rabble wasted no time in getting out of the garage and onto the stage. Seven years and hundreds of live shows later, the band has undergone several line-up changes.

The Long Tall Texans are a psychobilly/rockabilly band from Brighton, UK. The current line-up is: Mark (vocals/slap bass), Theo (drums), Garry (guitar) and Brother Matthew (guitar). Roy Williams of Nervous Records remembers well when our heroes were trying to get signed, in typical fuzzy rockabilly folklore style the details are just that, fuzzy, but he does recall a piss-up of monumental proportions at a gig downstairs at the Clarendon organised by a woman unknown who promised free booze for interested parties.
At long last a band is being recognised for the influence it has had without the commercial acclaim that some of their songs deserved.
This seminal Bristol band consisted of a nucleus of Chris Galvin (bass) and David Woodward (vocals and guitars) with Bob Morris (drums) plus various others during their ten years of existence.
Through various styles they created a unique Bristol slant on the 80's which was never deemed glamorous by the press or music gliterrati in general. Some may say that the Bristol scene was insular but it was really about being yourself and getting on with things.
Jackson Jackson is a band playing hip hop, Afrobeat, and psychobilly. The band is made up of Harry James Angus of The Cat Empire (vocals and trumpet) and Jan Skubiszewski (producer, phrase, & composer). The two met in 2002, and started the band in 2006.
After his last US-tour with Danish psychobilly band NEKROMANTIX in 2004 guitar player Peter Sandorff was hanging out in Los Angeles having beers with his friend, graphic artist GRIS GRIMLY. They decided that Gris should make a movie about cannibals and Peter should write the music. Peter immediately called his old friend Jeppe B. Jessen who also used to be the bass player in their postrock band SCHWARZWALD LIBRARY in the 90's.
