The Dead

There are at least four bands using the name "The Dead": *American; rock, jamband genres: The Dead, also known as the Other Ones, are a North American rock band composed of former members of the Grateful Dead. After the death of Jerry Garcia in 1995, Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Mickey Hart, and Bill Kreutzmann formed a band called The Other Ones. They performed concert tours in 1998, 2000, and 2002, and released one album, The Strange Remain. In 2003, they changed their name to The Dead.

During summertime in 2006, three south brazilian girls have noticed that it was about time to start an all-girl band in the Brazil's Psychobilly scene. Inspired by the 80's classic psycho bands, they started to play their own simple & raw songs, willing to transmit this disease that Psychobily is all about. "The Brazilian psycho scene spawned a luscious rarity in 2006, when three ladies stirred up their own twist on the original style from the early eighties.

Blood Duster

Blood Duster are a five piece // band from Melbourne, Australia, known for their fast and heavy musical style. The band are currently enjoying some semi-mainstream success after their self-titled Blood Duster album and an appearance at the annual Big Day Out festival. The band's first offering, Yeest, was a straightforward album. The follow up album, Str8 Outta Northcote was a southern-flavored stoner rock album. The band's third album, Cunt was a more intense and true-to-its-roots offering, with rhythmic bluesy metal guitars and heavy drumwork.

Torment

There is more than one artist with this name: 1. Torment are/were considered to be one of the more creative and original bands of the Psychobilly genre. Mystery surrounds Torment and the band achieved cult status, aided by the fact that the singer/frontman/songwriter Simon Brand committed suicide in 1994.
2. TORMENT are a death metal band from Belgium. TORMENT was founded in the summer of '99 by Jens Decaluwé (guitar), Nicolas Hernandez (drums), Ullie Vandendriessche(vocals) and David Caytan (bass).

Spellbound

There are at least six bands with the name "Spellbound". 1)
When you look at the Psychobilly movement of the 1980’s, Ireland is not a country that springs to mind as having played much of a part. However, in 1986 the bars and clubs of Dublin were quite literally crawling with demented rockabillies and quiffed-up mutants.
There were plenty of live bands for them to follow too (for those, at least...

Creepshow

There are currently two bands called (The) Creepshow #1
The Creepshow is a Psychobilly band from Burlington, Ontario, Canada. The band formed in 2005 when the four members got together with the purpose of starting a hellbilly band. The Creepshow writes the majority of their songs about Horror Films, with the music fitting the horror punk genre - hence hellbilly. #2

Bagman

Lee Fraser's (Sheep on Drugs) side project. Bagman only released two albums on Invisible Records, which explored the the drum and bass sound that was only hinted on the last few Sheep On Drugs' albums. Bagman has been on hiatus as Lee has taken over Sheep On Drugs full time.
