Like most such bands, it is largely the product of a specific skinhead group, in this case the Melbourne "Southern Cross Hammer Skins". Fortress even shared a post-office box with the Hammer Skins in their early days.

Blindead was founded in Gdynia, Poland in 1999 by Michal Zimorski (Zima) - bass and Mateusz Smierzchalski (Havoc) - guitar. Few months later, Marek Zielinski (Deadman) - guitar, Konrad Ciesielski - drums and Patryk Adamczyk - vocals, joined the band. It was a casual project made for pleasure rather than a professional band. Besides, in the same time, Havoc became the guitarist of Behemoth and it was his priority.

Kroke is a band based in Kraków, Poland. They play a mix of klezmer and other music, especially jazz. Moving from playing traditional melodies to their own compositions, Kroke have invented their own style, achieving wider fame after their fourth album, The Sounds of the Vanishing World in 1999. The name of band comes from the Yiddish name for Krakow.

Kamp! is a polish trio formed in 2007 in Lodz. Radek (keyboards, beat, production), Michal (beats) and Tomek (vocals, keyboards, guitars) are responsible for the music that appears under the name Kamp! They needed about one year to create the current sound of the band. Kamp! made certain breakthrough by remixing Cool Kids Of Death (famous polish rock band) song “Mezczyzni bez amunicji”, released on exclusive vinyl “Ytrapretfa” (500 copies) in October 2008, several days after Kamp!’s debut gig in Poznań.
