Xenos

There are a few groups that go by the name Xenos: 1. Xenos are a folk ensemble from Melbourne, Australia that have been playing for over a decade, nationally and internationally. 2. The band Xenos formed in the year 2000 and has become one of the most known Christian music bands in Latvia.
Two years in row (1999, 2000) Xenos leader, Santa was responsible to organize summer outreaches for Musicians Summer of Service, (YWAM Montana) music band called TAP. During these TAP concerts, in order to have some songs in the local language, Santa and her friend Sandis did some songs during the break.

Netherlands Wind Ensemble

The Netherlands Wind Ensemble (in Dutch Nederlands Blazers Ensemble) was founded in 1959 by students at the Amsterdam Conservatory and was directed initially by Thom de Klerk, principal bassoonist of the Concertgebouw Orchestra. After de Klerk's death in 1966, conductor Edo de Waart (himself a former principal oboist in the Concertgebouw Orchestra) became music director and helped establish the international reputation of the emsemble through tours and recordings.

The Call

There are three bands with the name The Call. 1. The Call were a San Francisco Bay Area-based rock band originally formed in Santa Cruz in 1980 by vocalist/guitarist Michael Been, Scott Musick, and Tom Ferrier. Despite support from such luminaries as Peter Gabriel, Robbie Robertson, and Jim Kerr, the band never achieved the success they deserved. The eponymous premiere album was recorded in England, and Michael Been later recalled that the band was in an exploratory phase at this point. Been noted in a 1988 interview, "The Call was a compassionate album, but it probably came out as anger.

In Vain

There are a few artists with this name. 1) In Vain is a progressive death metal band from Kristiansand, Norway. Formed by three young music enthusiasts back in 2003, the band has already released two highly critically acclaimed self financed EP’s; Will the Sun Ever Rise and Wounds. Will the Sun Ever Rise(2004), a three-track EP of unrelenting atmosphere, aggression and complexity. The EP was embraced by metal heads and journalists alike.

Nicko McBrain

Michael Henry McBrain (born June 5, 1952 in Hackney, London, England) is the drummer for heavy metal band Iron Maiden. The nickname "Nicko" is from Michael’s childhood, where his favourite stuffed animal was named ‘Nicholas the bear’ – which he apparently carried everywhere. Due to this, his parents called him ‘Nicky’. “Nicko” was spawned when Michael was meeting a manager from CBS Records, with the keyboard player Billy Day. Billy introduced him as ‘My Italian drummer – His name’s “Neeko”’.
