More than one artist called Blackie: 1) Blackie real name is Peter Black and is guitarist and vocals for Aussie band Hard-Ons which are a punk rock band from Sydney that originally formed in 1981. They have been called Australia's most commercially successful independent band, with over 250,000 total record sales. 1. Timmy is an young, very inovative and talented musician from Bratislava, Slovakia. He plays the lead guitar in a symphonic death metal (the description of the genre is only approx.) band called Erratum and does their samples and backing vocals. He made some music pieces also on his own, mostly orchestra like (his huge influences for this genre are Hans Zimmer and Clint Mansell), made soundtracks to certain video games and tried to music some of the poems of Edgar Allan Poe. Calypso Rose

McArtha Lewis, better known as Calypso Rose (born April 27, 1940 in Bethel, Tobago) is a Tobagonian calypsonian. Named after the American general Douglas MacArthur, Rose's earliest years were a crowded environment - 19 people in a one-bedroom house. When she was 9, she moved to live with an uncle in Barataria She began writing songs at the age of 15, and has written over 800 songs. In 1966 she wrote the song Fire in Me Wire, which has since become a calypso anthem. Rose was the first female to win the Trinidad Road March Competition, in 1977 with her song Tempo.

Donae’o aka Ian Greenidge was always destined to make a career out of music after growing up in a house where melodies were a major force. His mother was a singer and as a youngster growing up in north west London it was common place for her to be heard belting out tunes in the house.
