Born in Kaduna , Nigeria to parents of Abia State origin, Buchi's early education began in Enugu and took him through Methodist College , Uzuakoli and Federal Government College , Enugu . In 1983, he came to Lagos to study English Language and Literary Studies at the University of Lagos , obtained a BA in 1986, MA in 1988 and later the same year took up an appointment to lecture at the same institution alongside a PhD programme.
Born July 4th 1989 in East London, Victor Akata AKA Victizzle discovered his love for music at the early age of 7 and began his creativity of music at the age of 12, whilst at secondary school. Having a strong passion for producing beats, he decided to take his music more seriously and began writing songs at 14 and pursued is dream from then onwards. 2004 saw the meeting of the rap group G-Force, which Victizzle joined alongside his best friend Mark Asare as the groups two young Music producers.
Christafari was founded in 1989 by songwriter, producer, and lead vocalist, Mark Mohr. Raised in a Christian family, Mark strayed from his Godly upbringing and, during his teens, became involved in hard drugs and alcohol. As an answer to many prayers, the Lord delivered Mark from his addictions at a Christian camp at the age of 17. After serious prayer, God impressed on his heart to start the first Christian reggae band in America.
