(1) Demolition are a Canadian band from Barrie, ON that play hardcore punk in the style of Altercation, Agnostic Front, and early Madball. There are 2 bands by this name: 1. Drowning Pool is a heavy metal/nu metal band from Dallas, Texas formed in 1997 that rose to prominence while playing along with Ozzy Osbourne during Ozzfest. Their 2001 debut album, Sinner, was certified platinum within six months and the video for its first single "Bodies" was frequently aired on various music video channels. After the September 11th attacks the song "Bodies" was infrequently heard on many radio stations due to the sensitivity of those families' loved ones who jumped from the towers.
Refused is a hardcore punk band originating from Umeå, Sweden, formed in 1991. The band's final lineup comprised its founding members, vocalist Dennis Lyxzén and drummer David Sandström, as well as guitarists Kristofer Steen and Jon Brännström. Their lyrics were often of a non-conformist and politically far-left nature. The band released five EPs and three albums before initially splitting up in 1998.

Subway Sect were one of the original british punk bands, whose posthumous reputation suffered due to their comparatively small output. The core of the band was singer/songwriter, Vic Godard, plus assorted soul fans, who congregated around early gigs by the Sex Pistols until Malcolm McLaren suggested they formed their own band. After just a handful of rehearsals, Subway Sect debuted at the legendary 100 Club Punk Festival on Monday 20th September 1976.
Lars Erik Frederiksen (not the band ''Lars Frederiksen And The Bastrads'') (born August 30, 1971) is a guitarist and vocalist for the punk rock band Rancid, and the frontman of Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards. He is also notable as a producer, having worked with the Dropkick Murphys, Agnostic Front, Union 13, The Gadjits, Pressure Point, and The Business. He joined Rancid in 1993 after the band was searching for a second guitar player and was present on their second album Let's Go.
