If you're a fan of stripped down garage rock, loud drums, and/or redheads, meet your perfect match. Alex is best known as the guitar rockin' front women of Miss Alex White and the Red Orchestra on In the Red Records, and with her latest venture she strips it down to a guitar and heavy-handed drum garage rock sound.

Blacktop

Blacktop was the first post-Gories project for Mick Collins. While similar to the legendary garage punk three-piece, Blacktop is a clear progression, in terms of musicianship and songwriting skill, for Collins and is also the beginning of his movement towards noisier material. The band's sound was fuller and more sophisticated, due in no small part to the addition of a bass line and the songwriting input of Darin Lin Wood ( Black Snakes with Richard Kern, Fireworks and '68 Comeback) and Alex Cuervo.

Grant Nelson

Grant Nelson (born April 27, 1971, in England) is a DJ, producer and remix artist. Grant is heralded as one of the godfathers of UK Garage due to his numerous club hits on his Nice 'n' Ripe record label in the early 90's. It was his sound along with a few others that gave birth to the then known as 'Sunday Scene' which went on to become UK garage. He also produced under the name Wishdokta from 1990-1993 when he was making Hardcore / Drum 'n' Bass for the legendary London label Kickin Records.

Hunting Grounds

HUNTING GROUNDS are in it for the long haul. Their debut album may be be titled IN HINDSIGHT, but here is a sextet that is looking ahead with a firm grasp on the realities and possibilities of past and present. There is a degree of dramatic irony buried within the concise title of this very vast album. Everything about In Hindsight is vast, the themes, the sounds, of course even the number of performers on it. Hunting Grounds is by nature a very cohesive, collaborative effort.

Dance For Burgess

Dance For Burgess are 2 young visionaries and star-gazers who play capsules of sounds in wooded suburbs. Their goal is to insure a faithful representation of the message of Burgess (...) through a precise artistic dialog. Sounds like Edgard Varèse but in a different way. They spent the frowsty month of August 2008 living in a haunted basement full of ghosts in Tuscany to make some strange noise we don't know yet. www.myspace.com/danceforburgess The players : Jacopo : Vocals,Bass
