POCKET EPICS The Quays - London/Kent based friends/brothers/kindred spirits. Lauren sings like a god Stu writes, plays guitar and guitar synths and tries to convince the others he can sing. Neilbob has dispaired of his big brother's antics (especially on the singing front) for years. His Bass playing could wake the hounds of hell Jen actually can sing, and is currently on the shortlist for coolest female guitarist/vocalist of the year 2008. Simon likes to hit things. A lot.

Volcano Choir

Volcano Choir is an American indie band that started as a collaboration between Justin Vernon (of Bon Iver) and Collections of Colonies of Bees. Their debut album is Unmap and was released on September 22, 2009. It reached number 92 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. A second album, Repave, was released on September 3, 2013.
The project originally came together with songs being written in 2005. It was not recorded until the fall of 2008 in Fall Creek, Wisconsin, USA.

The Skylight Crowd

There are bands out there that are on the cutting edge, breaking new ground and pushing musical boundaries. While The Skylight Crowd certainly wishes those bands luck, they definitely don’t fall into that category.

“If we’re really honest with ourselves, our sound is fundamentally based on the music we like,” smiles singer Keith Porter. “Bands like Counting Crows, Train and Hootie and the Blowfish are the reason we exist. We’ve been influenced by that genre for fifteen years, and now we’re creating music that would fit into that world.”

This female duo (Nicky Rushton and Rachel Collins) started out playing to small audiences at "The Forth" pub in Newcastle. They went on to achieve national attention after the 1988 release of their first album on Paint It Red records, "Anything But a Soft Centre". They toured nationally and played at the 1989 Glastonbury Festival. They went on to release "Centred" and "Sugar Baby Love" (1991) on Roundabout Records.

Delay is a moniker for multiple bands: 1) An American powerpop band
2) An American shoegaze band
3) A Swiss synthpop group 1) Delay (Ohio) are a power pop punk trio from the surrounding Columbus, Ohio area. They've been putting out all of their own records since they were thirteen and still print and press most of their records. Lots of tight harmonies and high energy are to be expected. They have 6 records, the latest record Rushing Ceremony was released on Shout Out Loud Prints.
